Our Rooms
The "VOORKAMER"
The "Voorkamer" is a luxurious room with a classic atmosphere. De room has a view on the small harbour of Joure, called De Kolk. The room is situated on the ground floor and has a private entrance.
The interior of the room is decorated with great care, with the purpose of creating a home away from home feeling. The style of the room is Dutch design from the sixties. The furniture is collected, restored and upgraded to the comfort standard of current times.
The private bath room is adjusted to this style, so it blends in with the room.
The “OPKAMER”
The Opkamer is a spacious luxury room, suitable for 3 people. There are 2 beds in the "en-suite" bedroom and there is a bed in the living area (foldable).
The room is warmly decorated. The beds are made of recycled wood, which was used when making handmade bricks. Combined with the design chairs makes this a modern room. The room is on the ground floor and there is a private entrance.
The private bathroom with toilet is light green with teak wood. In this beautiful bathroom you will imagine yourself in stylish exotic place!
The "TUINKAMER"
The "Tuinkamer" (Garden room) is suprisingly bordering the garden and also situated on the ground floor.
The room is luxurious, but with caracter. The furniture is made from Gouda cheese shelfs (originally used for ripening Cheese), the bed is made from stainless bars and in the bathroom has a formed concrete basin.
The room as an additional bedroom, next to the master bedroom. This is a very comfortable bunk bed, ment for childeren, but also very suitable (and commonly used) for adults, so this room sleeps 4 adults.
